333 Belrose Private Parties
333 Belrose Bar and Grill has been a local favorite of the Main Line since 1999. Along with our excellent lunch and dinner a la carte service, we have available two private rooms to host your next special event. The Garden Room (our fully private room) is the oldest part of the building, and can accommodate up to 30 people. With exposed beams and a warm and cozy atmosphere, your gathering will take on an intimate feel without feeling crowded.
Our semi-private room, The Pear Room, can accommodate a group between 12-18 people. It has large windows and and an open, airy feel. It is separated from the Main Dining Room by a frosted glass wall that rises halfway to the ceiling. Your are in your own special space to enjoy great conversation and fabulous food.
For groups between 30-45 people, we can offer both rooms. They are only separated by a doorway, and people can easily move between the two rooms to enjoy everyones company and conversation.
If your group is larger than 45, we can offer you the Main Dining Room. Decorated in warm tones and adorned by the painting of local artist Tony LaSalle, your party will have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy a lovely meal made by Chef Carlo deMarco and his devoted staff. We suggest eight to ten pieces per person for a two hour cocktail party that will not be followed by dinner. (for ex., 25 people should have 200+ total pieces)
Information Sheet
Please add six percent (6%) Pennsylvania Sales Tax and a twenty percent (20%) service charge to all menu prices. The 20% service charge consists of 18% for the server gratuity, and a 2% administration fee.
All prices quoted are subject to change; however, prices remain firm with a signed contract and deposit. Prices quoted are for in-house parties only. Extra charges will be incurred for off-premise catered parties.
A final number of guests attending is required seventy-two (72) hours prior to your event. This count is considered final and is not subject to reduction. For parties with a headcount below the confirmed number, additional gratuity will be added to compensate for appropriate staffing.
To confirm your date, a signed contract, and a security deposit is required.

Final payment is due on or before the day of your event; the balance is payable by cash, credit card, or company check. Sorry, but we are only able to accept a personal check as payment for the deposit.
Beverage Service All alcoholic beverages are charged by consumption. Speak with your event coordinator about any special bar set-up that you would like to offer your guests.
Parking Free parking is available adjacent to the building and directly across the street.

Linens for your event are billed at a fixed cost based on the room(s) you will need.
