About the Chef
Ross Essner is an accomplished chef and hospitality professional with more than 25 years of experience. He has traveled the world while working for notable restaurants including Jardin De Sens in Montpellier, France, The Tannin Level in Harrogate, England, Almond in New York’s tony Hamptons, The Wine Spectator Restaurant in California’s Napa Valley and Django, Philadelphia’s famed BYOB.
He joined the Capano Management team in 2011 as the Executive Chef of Columbus Inn, where in short time he and his team successfully returned the stalled landmark to its former iconic status. Ross now brings his vast culinary experience and forward-thinking vision to the Main Line’s Best Cuisine- 333 Belrose.
